Narciso Room prices
WITH OPEN SPACE LIVING ROOM- Room for 2 people: 115 €
- Room for 1 person: 80 €
- Extra bed: 35 €
Ciclamino Room prices
WITH A SMALL BALCONY- Room for 2 people: 100 €
- Room for 1 person: 75 €
- Extra bed: 30 €

Prices
All our prices are prices per day and they include breakfast and parking.
Accepted payments
You can pay by cash, debit and credit card or by making an advanced bank transfer.
Deposit
We ask for a 30% deposit when making the reservation.
Full payment
We ask for the balance to be paid when checking in. The full balance will have to be paid even if the guests decide to leave early.
Cancellation
You can cancel your reservation for free up to 10 days before your check-in date. If you don’t show up or cancel your reservation too late we will keep the deposit.
Extra costs
Any extra cost will be paid when checking out.
Tourist tax
There is no tourist tax in Lusiana Conco.

How to make a reservation

Check-in
We welcome guests from 15:00 to 20:00, unless otherwise agreed and according to availability.
Check-out
We kindly ask our guests to leave by 10:30.
Breakfast time
Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00.
Quiet time
We ask guests to observe our quiet time, which is between 23:00 and 8:00.
Pets
We are very sorry but, unfortunately, we can’t welcome pets in our facilities.
No smoking
Inside the facilities and in the shared area.
Unregistered friends and guests
They can’t enter the facilities.
Parties
It is not allowed to organise private parties.
Behaviour
In case of disruptive and/or rude behaviour, the owners reserve the right to cancel the reservation and have the guests leave the facilities.
